Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya prevalensi diabetes melitus pada perempuan, yang dipengaruhi oleh pola makan tidak sehat dan kurangnya pemahaman tentang pencegahannya. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran ibu-ibu PKK Desa Suko mengenai penyakit diabetes, penerapan pola hidup sehat, serta memberikan keterampilan praktis dalam pembuatan minuman sehat teh kombucha. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi ceramah, demonstrasi, diskusi, praktik langsung, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test, post-test, dan angket respons dengan partisipan 40 orang ibu-ibu PKK. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta yang sangat signifikan dengan rata-rata skor pre-test 35,25 meningkat menjadi 90,025 pada post-test (N-Gain 1,836, kategori tinggi). Hasil angket respons juga menunjukkan rata-rata skor 3,42 dari skala 4 (kategori baik hingga sangat baik). Luaran kegiatan ini meliputi jasa pelatihan, produk teh kombucha, booklet yang telah terdaftar Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI), serta publikasi di media massa daring. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan masyarakat.
