OVERVIEW

JALEE : Journal of Applied Linguistics and English Educationpublishes articles that examine the relationship between linguistic skill, broadly construed, and the everyday experience of language, and is sponsored by English education. It welcomes papers that demonstrate explicitly how local issues of language use or learning exemplify more global concerns, as well as English pedagogy that is concerned with incorporating constructive English into the education field, continued professional development, and the broad field of research into the contribution of the higher education sector to teacher education.
