Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif pajak kendaraan bermotor, sistem
Samsat online dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap PAD pada Kantor Bersama Samsat Surabaya Barat. Jenis
penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 wajib pajak kendaraan
bermotor. Metode pengumpulan data untuk penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian secara
parsial, terdapat variabel (X1) insentif pajak kendaraan bermotor dan variabel (X2) sistem samsat online
berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan pendapatan asli daerah (Y), sedangkan secara parsial variabel (X3)
kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan PAD (Y).
