Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa pengaruh kepemimpinan reward dan punishment
terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Karya Manunggal Jati. Menggunakan metode pengumpulan
data dengan menentuan sampel purposive sampling dan jumlah sampel yang ditentukan
adalah seluruh karyawan yang aktif bekerja sebanyak 55 orang. Hasil dalam penelitian ini
telah membuktikan adanya pengaruhkepemimpinan terhadap Kinerjakaryawan karena
memiliki t-hitung 6.442 dan nilai signifikan (0,00) dan0.00 <0.05. pengaruh reward terhadap
Kinerjakaryawan memiliki t-hitung 1722 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00(0,01< 0,05),
sedangkan pengaruhpunishment terhadap Kinerjakaryawan memiliki t-hitung 7.364 dengan
nilai signifikani 0.00 (0.00<0.05). Sehingga dinyatakan bahwakepemimpinan reward
danpunishment dapat mempengaruhi Kinerjakaryawan secara parsial. Hasil ujiF
diketahuijikai Sig. 0.000 < 0.05sehingga dinyatakan bahwa factor kepemimpinan, reward
danpunishment memberipengaruh terhadap Kinerjakaryawan di PT. Karya Manunggal Jati
secara simultan.
