Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan guna menjelaskan pengaruh dari gaya kepemimpinan dan Motivasi
Kerja pada kinerja karyawan PT Kirana Artha Hannan Surabaya. Responden pada penelitian ini yakni
menggunakan sampel 52 karyawan dan teknik sampel jenuh. Analisa data mengaplikasikan uji asumsi
klasik, uji instrumen, uji koefisien korelasi, analisis regresi linier berganda, ujii hipotesis dan uji koefisien
determinasi. Studi ini menggunakan gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja selaku variabel independen
dan variael dependen yakni kinerja karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian memaparkan bila gaya kepemimpinan,
motivasi kerja serta kolaborasi antar gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan atas kinerja karyawan.
