Analisis Break Even Point Biaya Pendidikan Di Pascasarjana

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Dalam mendukung tercapainya Unesa menjadi PTNBH, Program Pascasarjana perlu mengukur dan menentukan BEP dalam menunjang dukungan dana dari masyarakat melalui UKT Mahasiswa Pascasarjana. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan menentukan besarnya BEP biaya pendidikan mahasiswa Pascasarjana Unesa untuk kelas regular dan kelas Kerjasama. Penelitian ini adalah kebijakan pengelolaan sumberdana Universitas, biaya operasional Program Pascasarjana dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun terakhir, dan klasifikasi jenis pembiayaan dari semua daftar biaya operasional. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah (1) selama lima tahun terakhir (2016-2020) kondisi keuangan Pascasarjana Unesa mengalami surplus pendapatan dengan rata-rata sebesar Rp. 1.177.240.385,00 per tahun; (2) dengan melakukan analisis least square maka diprediksi pendapatan Pascasarjana Unesa Tahun 2021 sebesar Rp. 23.758.820.282,00. Dengan pendapatan seperti ini, Pascasarjana Unesa masih eksis seperti 5 tahun terakhir, dan (3) kondisi surplus dengan rata-rata Rp. 1.177.240.385,00 per tahun, mengandung makna bahwa Pascasarjana Unesa masih memungkinan menurunkan besaran UKT untuk lebih dapat bersaing dengan Pascasarjana Perguruan tinggi Negeri lain di Wilayah Jawa Timur.

ABSTRACT

In supporting the achievement of Unesa becoming a PTNBH, the Postgraduate Program needs to measure and determine BEP in supporting financial support from the community through postgraduate student units. This study aims to analyze and determine the amount of BEP for education costs for Unesa Postgraduate students for regular classes and Cooperation classes. The subject of this study is the university's resource management policy, the operational costs of the Postgraduate Program within the last 5 years, and the classification of the type of financing from all lists of operational costs. The results obtained are (1) over the last five years (2016-2020) the financial condition of Postgraduate Unesa has experienced an income surplus with an average of Rp. 1,177,240,385.00 per year; (2) by conducting a least square analysis, it is predicted that the income of the Unesa Postgraduate in 2021 will be IDR 23,758,820,282.00. With this kind of income, Postgraduate Unesa still exists as in the last 5 years, and (3) a surplus condition with an average of Rp. 1,177,240,385.00 per year, meaning that Postgraduate Unesa is still possible to reduce the amount of UKT to be more able to compete with postgraduates of other state universities in the East Java Region.
