Abstract

occupational health and safety is an attempt to prevent workplace accidents and occupational diseases in the workplace by identifying things that can lead to workplace accidents and predicting when they will occur. The purpose of this study was to determine whether occupational safety and health affects employee performance in the Shopee Express Wiyung courier sector. This study is quantitatively described. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and observations. The sample for this study is the employees of the courier Wiyung, with a total of 64 respondents. The results of the study indicate that occupational safety and health have a significant impact on. the performance of shopee express wiyung couriers.
