Abstract

Seeing the map of competition which is currently very tight, a strategy must be carried out in maintaining its business, in the long term every business must have a strategy that can be used to win the competition. There is a main goal of a business being run to get as many customers as possible so that the business is widely known and has an impact on high sales turnover. Every seller must pay attention to the products sold to their customers, this needs to be done to ensure that the products sold are really the best quality products. The quality of a product can be seen from the production process and the selection of raw materials used, resulting in a high quality product. The sample used in this study is the Color-Warri petshop customer who sells 90 people. The results obtained from testing prices, product quality and location that affect customer purchasing decisions at the Colorful Petshop in Sidoarjo, either partially or simultaneously.
