Abstract

In the era of technology that has developed very rapidly, competition in the business world in various fields is also very tight, including transportation services. Examining how employee performance at PT Gondo Inti Persada Sidoarjo is influenced by work stress, emotional control, and work motivation. One of the research objectives is. The multiple linear analysis method with a saturated sample technique was used in the research, the population of which was all employees of PT. Gondo Inti Persada Sidoarjo which had 42 respondents. The results of the analysis show the conclusion that work stress influences employee performance with a t-value of 8,544 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The t-calculated value of emotional control is 15.205 with a significance value showing 0.000 < 0.05. The t-calculated value of work motivation is 7.711 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The F-count value is 78.611 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneous results were obtained for all variables, namely work stress, emotional control and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Gondo Inti Persada Sidoarjo.
