Abstract

Knowledge about changes in employee performance at the Rungkut District Office in Surabaya City by the work environment, work motivation and organizational culture is the basis for conducting this research. Quantitative type which refers to all employees as many as 38 people as a sample and population through saturated sample technique, calculated using a questionnaire data collection tool. The results of this study represent the absence of positive significance of the perceived influence of employee performance on the work environment (0.212<0.05), however, it is found that there is a positive significance of the perceived influence of employee performance on work motivation (0.005<0.05) and a positive significance of perceived performance employees by organizational culture (0.000<0.05). Then, the positive significance of the influence is also felt by employee performance by the work environment, work motivation and organizational culture when developed jointly in the company.
