Human resource management in a company must ensure the
continuity of the company so that it grows according to its goals.
This research aims to determine the effect of compensation, training
and job satisfaction on employee performance at UD. Bright Star
Surabaya. This research is quantitative in type by including all 40
employees in the population as well as the research sample using
the saturated method. SPSS version 22 software was used as a data
analysis tool. The results show a value of 2.028 at recove ry tcount
<2.341, namely the t table and a value of 0.025 at significance
<0.05. Then the value is 2.028 in the training t count <4.351,
namely the t table and the value is 0.000 in the significance < 0.05.
Furthermore, the value of 2.028 on the t-count of job satisfaction is
<3.085, namely the t table and the value is 0.004 on the
significance <0.05. In simultaneous testing, a value of 32.283 was
obtained at F count > 2.61, namely F table and a value of 0.000 at
significance < 0.05. So it is obtained that the performance of UD
employees. Bintang Terang Surabaya has a significant positive effect
on compensation, training and job satisfaction both partially and
simultaneously.
