Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and organizational culture simultaneously on employee performance at UPT-P3TKI East Java Province. This research uses descriptive quantitative method by using hypothesis testing F test and t test.

This study consists of two variables, namely the independent variable consisting of the quality of the source of work discipline and organizational culture and the dependent variable, namely employee performance. This study used 32 respondents as a sample and used the Nonprobability Sampling technique. The sample consisted of employees at UPT - P3TKI Disnakertrans East Java Province then the data was taken using a que stionnaire. Based on the t test and F test, the significance value of the work discipline variable is 0.010, the organizational culture variable is 0.034, and the significance value of the F test is 0.001. These results indicate that each significance value is less than 0.05, which means that all hypotheses of each variable are accepted. This means that the variables of work discipline and organizational culture affect the performance of employees in the UPT - P3TKI Disnakertrans East Java Province
