In the world, every employee needs to have adequate skills and
abilities. So that they can work and complete the various tasks given.
Human resources are most important factors that must be managed
properly to increase the effectives and efficiency of the company. Therefore,
manage ment is a sense of achievement to achieve the goal of a company.
However the organization must pay attention to the needs and welfare of
the employees who work in the organization. One of the supporting factors
is the individual characteristics in the work environment that provide a
high sense of work ethic. Therefore, this science is designed to analyze and
understand the impact of work experience on the work ethic of PT.
Rhino Rope Access Indone sia in Surabaya. By using quantitative research
methods. The population and sample used this study amounted to 50
employees. In collecting data, the respondents of this study used saturated
sampling. The data obtained using a questionnaire that is arranged
systematically which contains questions or statements that meet the
conditions of validity and reliability. The data analyzed in form of classical
test, multiplelinier regression analysiss, hypothesis test. The result of
being partial test shows that work experience and work environment
have a significant effect on employees' work ethic. With good work
experience so that it can foster an increased work ethic, so that a safe and
comfortable work environment, can enhance the work ethic of employees.
