Abstract

This research is to see the effect of promotion of position and organizational culture on the performance of employees of the Community & Village Empowerment Office. The approach used is descriptive quantitative, this study used respondents as many as 100. The sampling technique in this study uses nonprobability sampling. In this study, researchers used the type of sample used is the type of Saturated Samples, data collection techniques using documentation and questionnaires. Thitung 7362 position promotion & significant at 0,000 <0.05. Thitung Organizational Culture 3,570 & significant at 0.001 <0.05.
