Abstract

The porpose of this studi was to detemine the efect of servant Ieadership and proceduraI fairnes on organizationaI citizenship behavior (OCB) emIIoyees of teh producton department at PT. Lumina Packaging Sidoarjo. The tipe of data used in this studi is quanttative data. SampIes teken as many as 67 people using a proportionaI sampIing technique for sampIing. Data coIIection using questionares, observation and documentotion which where then anaIyzed using muItipIe Iinear regresion tets and signifcance test with SPSS version 23. The resuIts of the t test concIuded that hte servan Ieadership and proceduraI justic variabIes had a positve and signifiicant efect on OrganizationaI Cittizenship Behavior (OCB)
