PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, MOTIVASI DAN KOMPETENSI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. PRIMA SARUTAMA WIJAYA SURABAYA

Abstract

The consideration of this research is to understand work motivation, work motivation and employee competencies of PT Prima Sarutama Wijaya Surabaya. The company deepens the population of PT Prima Sarutama Wijaya Surabaya. The sample was used by production department employees who were distributed by 105 employes. The method used is Sampling Purposive. Data collection using questionnaires and documents which were then analyzed using multiple linear regresion tests, while hypothesis testing using t test and F test. Final analysis ta completed the work enviironment analysis, work motivation and cooperation analysis and the significance value of 0.018, motivation obtained tcount = 2.290 and also a sig value of 0.024, competence is obtained by calculating work = 2.212 and also a sig value of 0.029. While the F test was succesful in obtaining the value of fcount = 6,081 with a sig value of 0.001.
