Abstract

Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah: (1) menganalisa pengaruh mutasi pegawai pada kinerja pegawai dimasa pandemi covid-19, (2) menganalisa pengaruh sarana prasarana pada kinerja pegawai dimasa pandemi covid-19, (3) menganalisa pengaruh pengembangan SDM pada kinerja pegawai dimasa pandemi covid-19, (4) menganalisa apakah mutasi pegawai, sarana prasarana, dan pengembangan SDM berpengaruh secara simultan pada kinerja pegawai dimasa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian kuantitatif merupakan jenis penelitian yang digunakan.  Data diambil melalui penyebaran angket yang diberikan kepada para pegawai yang ada di Disnakertrans wilayah Jawa Timur khususnya kota Surabaya.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mutasi pegawai, sarana prasarana, pengembangan SDM sangat berpengaruh secara simulltan pada kinerja pegawai di masa pandemi seperti saat ini.
