Human Capital sebagai Pemoderasi Hubungan antara Corporate Social Responsibility dengan Nilai Perusahaan

This study aims to determine the effect of human capital as a moderator of the relationship between corporate social responsibility and firm value. The dependent variable used in this study is corporate social responsibility, while the independent variables used in this study are firm value, and human capital as a moderating variable. The population in this test are consumer goods companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015 – 2019. The sample was selected using a purposive examination method with established standards. The sample selected in this study were 11 of 30 companies. The statistical tool used in this research is SPSS 20.0. The results of this study indicate that corporate social obligations have no significant effect on firm value while human capital cannot moderate the relationship between CSR and firm value.
