Penelitian ini menganalisa terkait pengaruh harga, lokasi, word of mouth dan kualitas pelayanan
terhadap minat beli ulang pada Cafe Senewen Time Surabaya. Pendekatan yang dipakai ialah kuantitatif,
adapun populasi ialah konsumen di Cafe Senewen Time Surabaya serta 110 responden sebagai sampel.
Sesuai uji statistik diperoleh hasil bahwa harga, lokasi, word of mouth dan kualitas pelayanan terbukti
berpengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang Cafe Senewen Time Surabaya. Selain itu pada uji secara simultan
terbukti bahwa terdapat pengaruh harga, lokasi, word of mouth dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat beli
ulang pada Cafe Senewen Time Surabaya.
