Abstract

Abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pemberdayaan karyawan dan pemberian insentif terhadap komitmen organisasi PT. Sarana Mitratama Sejati. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini terdiri dari seluruh karyawan PT. Sarana Mitratama Sejati. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah purposive sampling.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji instrument, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji F dengan bantuan Software SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). Hasil dari nilai signifikan uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas yaitu variabel pemberdayaan karyawan dan variabel pemberian insentif secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel.
