Abstract

Tujuan adanya penelitian ini yakni sebagai upaya guna menganalisa pengaruh penerapan good governance
dan balanced scorecard : sebuah studi kasus terhadap suatu kinerja manajerial karyawan PT. SUMBER
ALFARIA TRIJAYA, Tbk (Alfamart Sidoarjo) di Driyorejo, Gresik. Metode penelitian yang dipakai oleh riset ini
melalui pendekatan secara kuantitatif. Adapun populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh sumber daya
karyawan PT. SUMBER ALFARIA TRIJAYA , Tbk (Alfamart Sidoarjo), sedangkan sampel yang digunakan
karyawan dan pelanggan sebanyak 50 orang. Dari hasil penguji secara parsial didapatkan hasil faktor
penerapan good governance terbukti berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial karyawan dan faktor balanced
scorecard terbukti berpengaruh terhadap suatu kinerja manajerial karyawan. Pada pengujian yang dilakukan
secara simultan terdapat pengaruh aplikasi good governance & balanced scorecard kepada kinerja manajerial
karyawan atau sumber daya manusia pada PT. SUMBER ALFARIA TRIJAYA, Tbk (Alfamart Sidoarjo) di
Driyorejo
