Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of agility training models for sepak takraw athletes at the Jakarta Student Sports Education and Training Center (UNJ). Data collection was carried out at the DKI Jakarta Student Sports Education and Training Center (UNJ) in Hall B Campus B, Faculty of Sports Science, State University of Jakarta. The subjects of this study were takraw athletes from the Jakarta Student Sports Education and Training Center (PPLM) as many as 13 athletes. The type of research used in this study is Research and Development (R&D) and the development model used is ADDIE. Data collection in the needs analysis was carried out by observation and interviews with the results of the need for the development of agility training models. Meanwhile, the analysis of the data obtained from the recapitulation of the expert test got decent results on 8 models of sepak takraw agility training so that it can be concluded that all sepak takraw agility training models can be applied in the field. And, in, based on the table of eligibility criteria, the percentage of this score is included in the "adequate" criteria. So, in the feasibility test carried out, expert lecturers, practitioners, and athletes stated that there were 8 forms of exercise that were feasible to be tested out of 8 forms of exercise that had been designed.
