This study aims to develop and test the feasibility and effectiveness of the Android-based educational game "FunMath-Logic" in improving the logical-mathematical thinking skills of 4-5 year-old children at PG/TK Emesta School Semarang. The research method used was Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The validation results from material experts showed a feasibility percentage of 92% and from media experts 90%, both in the "Very Feasible" category. A limited trial on 16 children aged 4-5 years showed a significant increase in logical-mathematical skills. This is evidenced by the results of the Paired Sample t-Test, which showed a sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 <0.5. This indicates that the educational game "FunMath-Logic" is effective and suitable for use as an interactive learning medium to stimulate the logical-mathematical skills of early childhood.
