Abstract

Early childhood is a group of children in the age range 0-8 years who are in a very unique process of growth and development and have characteristics appropriate to their age stages. Early childhood is a very important period in a child's life, during this period the child's brain growth experiences very rapid development. Therefore, appropriate stimulation is needed according to age. The stimulation provided is not only for physical needs but also for spiritual and moral needs so that later children become children who have faith and are devoted to God Almighty and have good morals in their social environment, and have a confident and responsible nature. This research aims to analyze the religious education curriculum at Baiturrahim Kindergarten. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive methods. The data collection technique was carried out by examining the results of interview observations and documentation with the data collection objects in this research using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the analysis show that the aim of the Islamic education curriculum in the Baiturrahim Jambi kindergarten is to foster faith and devotion to Allah SWT from an early age, produce people who are religious and have good behavior and also instill, grow and increase children's awareness of practicing Islamic teachings.
