Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menangkap apakah ada resistensi motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan penilaian
kinerja berhubungan kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Internasional Business Futures Surabaya. Penelitian ini
memakai teknik kuantitatif. Anggota penelitian ini adalah tenaga kerja di PT. International Business Futures
Surabaya dengan populasi seratus 100 responden. Pendekatan sampling yang digunakan menjadi sampling jenuh.
Sampling jenuh yang artinya setiap satu populasi dijadikan sampel sebilangan 100 responden. Pendekatan analisis
statistik yang dipakai adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji
F. Berdasarkan pengaruh penelitian motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan penilaian kinerja pekerja berpengaruh
secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.
