Abstract

The era of digital disruption has brought significant changes to Guidance and Counseling (BK) services, particularly in responding to the increasing complexity of adolescent mental health issues. This transformation demands a digital BK service model that not only increases accessibility but also systematically integrates preventive and curative functions without eliminating the value of human touch as the core of counseling practice. This study aims to analyze the transformation of BK services in the digital era and formulate the conceptual design of NUBIKO APPS as a school-based service innovation. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with a qualitative approach to 10 selected scientific articles published in 2020–2025 through the PRISMA stage. The results of the study indicate that the digitalization of BK services increases access, flexibility, and the potential for early detection of student problems. However, most studies are still partial and have not integrated emotional assessment, psychoeducation, professional counseling, peer support, and continuous monitoring in one integrated system. Based on this synthesis, the conceptual design of NUBIKO APPS was formulated as an integrative model of digital-based preventive and curative BK services in schools that contributes to strengthening comprehensive BK services in the era of disruption.
