This article describes the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at RA Al-Ikhlas Konggo, highlighting crucial aspects of assessing children's development. With a focus on developing the character and competence of students at the early childhood education level, this curriculum breakthrough was encouraged by the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Nadiem Anwar Makarim. Qualitative research with interviews, observations, and documentation revealed innovative measures, including indicators of structured assessment instruments, teacher skills, parent involvement, teacher development, and school support. RA Al-Ikhlas Konggo prioritizes an inclusive learning environment, creating a holistic approach in assessing children's development. With a comprehensive overview, this article describes the institution's efforts to achieve the goal of a more inclusive and supportive education
