Author Guidelines

Before submitting your manuscript, please read the journal's Author Guidelines carefully and prepare your manuscript using the current manuscript template.

Jurnal Buana Teknologi Pendidikan applies a double-anonymous peer-review process. The main manuscript file must therefore be anonymized. Do not include author names, affiliations, email addresses, acknowledgments, or other information that may directly reveal the authors' identities in the review manuscript.

Author names, affiliations, email addresses, ORCID iDs, and other contributor information must be entered accurately in the OJS submission metadata.

Please also ensure that the required submission metadata and declarations are completed, including keywords, references, competing interests, supporting agencies or funding information where applicable, and a Data Availability Statement where relevant.

Do not complete or modify editorial production metadata such as DOI, volume, issue, received date, revised date, accepted date, or publication date. These fields are completed by the Editorial Office.

Supplementary files should only be uploaded when they are relevant to the manuscript.

Submission Preparation Checklist

  1. The manuscript is original, has not been previously published, and is not currently under consideration by another journal. Any relevant prior dissemination or related publication has been disclosed to the editor.
  2. The manuscript is relevant to the Focus and Scope of Jurnal Buana Teknologi Pendidikan.
  3. The manuscript has been prepared in accordance with the journal's current Author Guidelines and manuscript template.
  4. The manuscript file submitted for peer review has been anonymized. Author names, affiliations, email addresses, acknowledgements, and other information that could directly reveal the identity of the authors have been removed from the review file.
  5. All listed authors have made appropriate scholarly contributions, have reviewed and approved the submitted manuscript, and agree to its submission to Jurnal Buana Teknologi Pendidikan.
  6. All sources have been appropriately acknowledged and cited. DOI or URL information for references has been provided where available and applicable.
  7. Any applicable research ethics approval, informed consent, or other ethical requirements have been appropriately addressed and disclosed in the manuscript.
  8. Any actual or potential conflicts of interest have been disclosed. If no conflict exists, this should be stated where required by the journal.
  9. All relevant sources of research funding or financial support have been disclosed. If no external funding was received, this should be stated where required.
  10. A Data Availability Statement has been provided where relevant and appropriate, taking into account ethical, privacy, confidentiality, legal, or institutional restrictions.
  11. The submitting author has read and agrees to the journal's Copyright and Licensing Policy, under which authors retain copyright and articles published under the current policy are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
