Manajemen Strategi Pengelolaan Sumber Belajar Berbasis Teknologi Untuk Meningkatkan Efektivitas Pembelajaran Gen Alpha

This study aims to analyze strategic management in technology-based learning resource management to enhance the learning effectiveness of Generation Alpha trainees at LKP Yenny, Training Institution. The research background highlights the need for non-formal training institutions to adapt their learning methods to the digital characteristics of Generation Alpha, who are highly familiar with technology. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach involving three key participants: Jenny Anggraini, S.Pd as the head of the institution, and two instructors, Nisa Fifauziah and Anik Riwayati. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using source and method triangulation techniques. The findings revealed that learning resource management at LKP Yenny includes four management stages: planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. Each stage integrates digital technology through video tutorials, e-modules, and online platforms to support the training process. However, several challenges remain, such as limited facilities and varying digital competencies among instructors. Overall, the application of strategic management in technology-based learning resources has proven effective in improving the learning motivation, autonomy, and performance of Generation Alpha trainees at LKP Yenny.
