This community service activity aims to explore the role of social media in shaping collective identity in ASEAN. This activity also analyzes how technological connectivity strengthens cultural unity among member countries. The methodology used is qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. The results of this activity show that social media serves as an effective tool for building intercultural communication networks, strengthening a sense of togetherness, and promoting similar cultural values among ASEAN communities. In addition, cross-border interactions through social media contribute to a better understanding of regional collective identity. This community service activity provides new insights into the positive impact of social media on cultural unity in ASEAN, as well as emphasizing the importance of technology in supporting social and cultural integration in the era of globalization. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for the development of community service programs that focus on education and cultural awareness.
