Masker wajah merupakan salah satu sediaan kosmetik yang saat inibanyak digunakan oleh masyarakat, baik itu dari kelompok remaja, kelompok dewasa, perempuan maupun laki-laki. Penggunaan masker pada wajah bertujuan untuk membersihkan pori-pori yang tersumbat dan memperbaiki kulit wajah dengan cara memberikan nutrisi, memberikan kelembapan dan mengencangkan kulit. Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat (DOSEN PVKK) Universitas PGRI AdiBuana Surabaya Kelurahan Ngagel, mengadakan pelatihan pembuatan masker yang bertujuan untuk memberdayakan potensi ekonomi kreatif di Kelurahan Ngagel Acara tersebut menyasar perwakilan Tuna Wisma Kelurahan Ngagel Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah memberi bekal keterampilan untuk wirausaha berupa proses pembuatan produk hingga penjualan. Metode yang dipergunakan adalah memberi pengarahan, bimbingan dan pengajaran mengenai praktek pembuatan. Mekanisme pelaksanaan terbagi dalam 4 tahap, yaitu: perencanaan, pengarahan, bimbingan dan pengajaran praktek. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan pada awal Januari 2023. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah berupa suatu produk masker bunga telang yang siap untuk dipasarkan.
