The era of digital transformation demands innovation from instructional designers in providing teaching materials that stimulate students' critical thinking and concrete operational skills. This community service activity aims to improve the professional competence of elementary school teachers in Kutorejo District, Mojokerto, in designing inquiry worksheets (LKPD) utilizing generative artificial intelligence (AI) technology. A total of 151 elementary school teachers participated in the training. The main problems faced by the teachers were the worksheet structure that emphasized LOTS-based exercises, the limited visual accuracy of scientific materials, and misconceptions about the use of AI or hallucinations. The implementation method used a classical face-to-face in-service training approach and continued with guided mentoring based on On-the-Job Independent Development (In-On). Through this activity, teachers were trained to compose structured commands (prompt engineering) using the I-O-A formula (Instruction, Observation, Analysis) by creating science worksheet products (split layout) in the form of photorealistic scientific visualizations from AI Canva Magic Media and Gemini AI. The objects used were sourced from the school environment, which was real in the students' surroundings
