Deposit Policy

INVENTA: Jurnal Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar allows authors to deposit all versions of their manuscripts in institutional, disciplinary, or other appropriate scholarly repositories without an embargo period, subject to the applicable copyright and licensing conditions. This policy supports open access, wider dissemination of scholarly research, and the long-term accessibility of scientific publications.

Authors retain the right to archive and share the following versions of their manuscripts:

1. Submitted Version (Pre-print)

The original version of the manuscript submitted to INVENTA before undergoing peer review.

Authors may deposit this version in personal websites, institutional repositories, or subject-specific repositories. When available, the repository record should be updated with a reference and link to the final published article.

2. Accepted Version (Post-print)

The peer-reviewed version of the manuscript that has been accepted for publication in INVENTA but has not yet undergone the journal's final copyediting, typesetting, or publication formatting.

Authors may deposit the accepted manuscript in institutional or subject repositories without an embargo period. The deposited version should acknowledge its acceptance by INVENTA and, once published, include a link to the final article.

3. Published Version (Version of Record)

The final, formatted, and officially published version of the article available on the INVENTA website.

Authors may archive, distribute, and share the published version in accordance with the applicable Creative Commons license. When depositing or redistributing this version, authors must provide proper attribution, acknowledge INVENTA as the original publication source, and include the article's DOI or official publication link.

Permitted Deposits and Uses

Authors may deposit and use the permitted versions of their manuscripts in the following ways:

  • On personal websites or professional academic profiles.

  • In institutional or university repositories.

  • In disciplinary or subject-specific repositories.

  • For sharing with colleagues, researchers, teachers, or students for educational and research purposes.

  • As supporting documents for research grants, academic progress reports, and institutional evaluations.

  • As part of thesis or dissertation submissions, academic portfolios, and professional development activities.
