EVALUASI PELATIHAN PENGASUHAN BERBASIS FITRAH DAN KOMUNIKASI EFEKTIF UNTUK MENGATASI PERUNDUNGAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL KIRKPATRICK

Perundungan (bullying) merupakan masalah serius yang berdampak negatif pada perkembangan psikososial anak. Pengasuhan yang tepat berbasis fitrah dan komunikasi efektif merupakan salah satu strategi preventif untuk mengatasi perundungan sejak dini. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan pengasuhan berbasis fitrah dan komunikasi efektif dalam upaya mengatasi perundungan menggunakan Model Evaluasi Kirkpatrick. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 38 responden dari berbagai latar belakang profesi, mayoritas tenaga pendidik. Evaluasi meliputi reaksi, pembelajaran, perubahan perilaku, dan hasil nyata. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pemahaman peserta tentang pengasuhan dan komunikasi efektif, serta kesadaran tinggi terhadap bahaya perundungan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pelatihan sebagai upaya strategis pencegahan bullying melalui perbaikan pola asuh dan komunikasi dalam keluarga dan lingkungan pendidikan.
