This study aims to determine the improvement of student competencies, especially to improve critical thinking skills, broaden horizons, improve communication skills and help students understand and participate in a complex world. The Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model is outlined in the Moodle “Smart Class Marsa” where all teachers can apply it in their respective classrooms. The study uses a quantitative method with a pretest-posttest approach, followed by observations and interviews. A total of 21 teachers participated as respondents, with an average pretest score of 70 and a posttest average score of 90, indicating an increase of 20 points. Based on the posttest results, 90% of respondents showed improved understanding of the material delivered through the “Smart Class Marsa” Moodle. In addition, this Moodle platform also facilitates collaboration among teachers and provides space for students and parents to actively participate in reflective discussions during the learning process. Parents can be involved in the assessment process and monitor their children's literacy development, as well as take part in evaluating the teaching and learning process in class. In the Moodle "Smart Class Marsa" we also get children used to carrying out the 7 Habits of Great Indonesian Children (Tukaibat) through daily habits which are outlined in the space in the Moodle "Smart Class Marsa", Through these 7 Habits of Great Indonesian Children, it is hoped that children can become agents who can teach their parents, peers and the people around them. Although there were some technical obstacles, the results of this study show that the use of the “Smart Class Marsa” Moodle with a Project Based Learning (PjBL) Model approach has a positive impact on improving critical reasoning skills in students at SDN Margorejo I/403 Surabaya. These findings are expected to encourage the use of similar technology in teacher professional development in the future.
