Abstract

This study aims to examine a future-oriented learning model through  the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach with an emphasis on the synergy between pedagogical innovation, technology integration, and value strengthening in education. This study analyzes various national and international literature for the period 2021–2026 obtained from academic databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and SINTA. The results of the study show that the transformation of future learning is marked by a paradigm shift from conventional learning to adaptive, participatory, and student-centered learning. Pedagogical innovations such as Project-Based Learning, Flipped Classroom, and Challenge-Based Learning have been proven to be able to develop 21st century (4C) skills, namely critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration. The integration of technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Virtual Reality (VR), and learning analytics, plays a role in creating personalized learning and increasing student engagement. However, the implementation of this model still faces challenges in the form of digital gaps and low technological literacy among educators. In addition, the integration of character, ethical, and humanitarian values is an important element to ensure a balance between technological advances and the formation of students' personalities. As such, future-oriented learning models require a holistic approach that combines innovation, technology, and value to produce competent, adaptive, and integrity human resources.
