Abstract

Interactive Multimedia is one of the media that can be used during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this media, teachers do not need to meet face to face with students so that students can learn independently safely and comfortably in the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak. The limitations of the media as a support for the learning process in mathematics, especially currency material, cause students to be less interested and less active in participating in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. This study aims to develop mawang media (interactive multimedia currency) on currency materials for elementary school students that are suitable for use. The results of the material expert's assessment get a percentage of 85% with a decent category. The results of the media expert's assessment get a percentage of 85% with a decent category. The results of the assessment of linguists get a percentage of 88% with a very decent category. In the readability test, students get a percentage of 90% with a very decent category. In the teacher's legibility trial, the percentage was 94% with a very decent category. So that the mawang media can be a teacher's reference in using the currency chapter of mathematics learning media in elementary schools.
