Writing skill is a very complex language activity, because at the time of writing it must involve various cognitive activities and certain skills in a process of producing a written text that contains selected ideas, information, facts, and other things as a person's mindset. It is necessary to make efforts to improve the ability to develop students' creativity, especially in writing skills. One way is to use wall magazines as a means of teaching and guidance to stimulate students' creativity. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to use classroom wall magazines to train the writing skills of fourth grade students at SDN 1 Wonorejo, Sumbergempol District, Tulungagung Regency, for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The subjects of this research were 34 students in class IV consisting of 13 male students and 21 female students. Data collection techniques through observation, tests, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research and discussion conducted by researchers, it shows that the use of classroom wall magazines can train students' writing skills. This is shown from the test given by the researcher with the average writing score of 15.91 students who are classified in the high category. Thus proving that the use of wall magazines has a good impact in improving students' writing skills. The results of this study can be used as a consideration for teachers in choosing learning media that are already available in the classroom in order to improve students' skills, especially in writing.
