Educational evaluation can be carried out on students, educational institutions and educational programs through formal and informal channels at all levels and educational units. There are two basic competencies measured by AKM, namely reading literacy and numeracy. This research aims to describe the implementation of Class AKM, the effectiveness of implementing Class AKM, and the obstacles to implementing Class AKM assisted by basic literacy in learning the intrinsic elements of narrative text for class V students at SDN Cepoko. The research method used is mixed methods. Then data collection techniques use observation techniques, AKM test techniques, and interview techniques. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. This research shows that (1) the application of the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) assisted by basic literacy in learning the intrinsic elements of narrative texts is carried out independently by the school; (2) the literacy skills of class V students at SDN Cepoko totaling 11 students with 10 questions obtained a Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) score of 45.81% in the sufficient category; (3) several obstacles to the implementation of the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM), namely teachers, students and school infrastructure. Efforts to overcome this obstacle include carrying out routine training for class V students so that they become accustomed to working on AKM literacy questions.
